Alan Dubbs has a background that spans over twenty years working for New York City.  First starting in the Health and Hospitals Corporation and then to the New York City Fire Department his career has involved many experiences.  Mr. Dubbs has served nine years as a Lieutenant Investigator with the internal affairs bureau of the New York City Fire Department.  His training is diverse and unique with a Hofstra University Bachelors degree.  Followed with course and field work through the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Criminal Investigations and Surveillance Programs, New York State’s Arson Investigation Program, NYPD Internal Affairs TRAIT Program, FEMA Hazardous Materials Program, Albert Einstein Emergency Institute Program as well as additional internal FDNY training.
